Replace API credits with Pay-As-You-Go Credits

We currently allow API users to purchase additional credits which can be used to make searches through the API, in addition to their monthly credits.

We're going to change this to remove the API-only restriction, allowing AlsoAsked users on a Pro plan to purchase additional credits which can be used to perform searches through the alsoasked.com website too.
